Admissions & Enrollment Steps:
Submit the online Application & Fee (to secure your child’s place)
Attend an Information Meeting to meet our staff and tour the campus (CLICK HERE for dates)
Submit Annual Registration Packet & Fee
You will receive the registration documents checklist by email upon our receiving your online application
Parent & Student interview with our principal or school director will be scheduled upon receipt of all needed documentation as noted above. The Admissions & Enrollment documents must be received in advance of the interview to give our staff the time to review all information provided prior to your family interview.
New Students will complete an Assessment/ Diagnostic Test on campus
Formal Determination Letter will be sent by email. Student Covenant (found within the Student Handbook and Tuition Contract with payment schedule (as outlined during family interview) will each be sent to prospective Academy families for review and signature.
Prior to our first day of school, the date for our Open House will be emailed, allowing an evening for our staff, parents and students to enjoy refreshments, while getting better acquainted with each other and the campus.
Enrollment Fees

Annual Registration Fee: $150: New Students. ($25: Returning Students) This holds your child’s place (Due July 23rd)
New Student Assessment / Diagnostic Testing Fee $50 (New Students Only) To be paid on the day of testing
Curriculum Fee annual for K-12th $600 (Due July 23rd)
*Application, Annual Registration, Diagnostic Testing, & Annual Curriculum fees are non-refundable and required to secure enrollment
Tuition Fees: $7,500 Per Year ($750 per month)
Multi-Student Family Discount
20% Sibling Discount - If you have more than one child enrolled in the academy, your first child’s tuition will be billed at the regular rate. Each sibling thereafter will receive a 20% discount per month on tuition. As far as we have found, Embassy Academy has the most generous sibling discount among all of the Houston private schools. Example: $750 Tuition minus 20% Sibling Discount of $150 equals a monthly Tuition payment of $600, making that an annual savings of $1,500 for each of your additional children. Embassy Academy has offered this generous family incentive plan for several years & we have not found any other schools in the greater Houston area offering the same.

Kindergarten students must be 5 years old by the end of August to begin their Kindergarten year with us!
Space is limited for quality education.
Tuition Payment Options:
Full Year Prepayment Plan: $6,750 due to 10% discount (by Aug 1st)
12-month Payment Plan: $625 per Month (June thru May)
10-month Payment Plan: $750.00 per Month (August thru May)
Payments may be paid one of (4) ways:
Auto-Draft, through an encrypted online payment processing system which has the same level security as major banks. We neither collect nor manage your credit card#. Payment is made from your choice of a debit or credit card. You will enter your card information once, and then each month a few days prior to the 1st of the month, your payment will be processed and then paid to the academy.
Cash App. We will share the Academy’s user ID with you upon request & provide a receipt upon each payment received.
By Check: Made payable to Embassy Academy. In the memo line be sure to designate for your child. Example: “Tommy Jones - T.ition - August”
Cash: Is not kept on school property. If you prefer to make a cash payment, we will provide a deposit slip for our bank with the school’s name and tuition account# for you to make a payment at a Woodforest Bank branch which is convenient for you. Similar to the memo line on a check, you will write: MEMO: Tommy Jones - Tuition - August”. Take a photo of your deposit slip prior to handing to the bank clerk. Then after depositing into designated account, ask for a receipt, & text a photo of the deposit slip to pastor Ray (2 photos for realtime clarity of who made a deposit & the purpose for said funds).
