Admissions & Enrollment Steps:

  1. Submit the online Application & Fee (to secure your child’s place)

  2. Attend a Group or Family Tour to meet our leadership team & Tour Our Campus

  3. Submit Annual Registration Packet & Fee

    • You will receive the registration documents checklist by email upon our receiving your online application

  4. Parent & Student interview with our principal or school director will be scheduled upon receipt of all needed documentation as noted above. The Admissions & Enrollment documents must be received in advance of the interview to give our staff the time to review all information provided prior to your family interview.

  5. New Students will complete an Assessment/ Diagnostic Test on campus

  6. Formal Determination Letter will be sent by email. Student Covenant (found within the Student Handbook and Tuition Contract with payment schedule (as outlined during family interview) will each be sent to prospective Academy families for review and signature.

  7. Prior to our first day of school, the date for our Open House will be emailed, allowing an evening for our staff, parents and students to enjoy refreshments, while getting better acquainted with each other and the campus.

Enrollment Fees

  • New Student Application Fee $50 Due Now To Hold Your Child’s Seat

  • New Student Registration Fee: $200 / Returning Student Registration Fee: $50

  • New Student Assessment / Diagnostic Testing Fee $50

  • Curriculum Fee annually for all K-12th $700

    • This includes all annual licenses, online curriculum, online & physical software, workbooks, study guides, novels and classroom materials

      *Application, Annual Registration, Diagnostic Testing, & Annual Curriculum fees are non-refundable and required to secure enrollment

Tuition Fees: $8,500 Per Year ($850 per month) 

Please note when calculating a pre-pay discount (see below), the Enrollment Fees are not included. The 10% discount is applied to the Tuition.

Drop-off & Pick-up Times:
8:15 am - Morning Drop-off Time
3:00 pm - Afternoon Pick-up Time

Kindergarten students must be 5 years old by the end of August to begin their Kindergarten year with us.

Space is limited for quality education.

Tuition Payment Options:

  • Full Year Prepayment Plan: $8,500 - 10% pre-pay discount ($850) = $7,650 (Due by June 15th)

  • 12-month Payment Plan: $708.33 per Month (June 1st thru May 1st)

  • 10-month Payment Plan: $850 per Month (July 1st thru April 1st)

PAYMENTS

May be Made one of four (4) ways:

ELECTRONIC PAYMENT: For those who have an Education Savings Account (ESA) and have been awarded funding through the Texas Education Freedom Account (TEFA), Embassy will send you a reminder a few days prior to the quarterly payment dates for Embassy, which coincide with the quarterly dates your child’s ESA will be funded. Those dates are July 1, Oct 1 and the 3rd disbursement date is TBA.

AUTO-DRAFT: For all other student accounts, our preferred form of payment which is most efficient for you & us is through an encrypted online payment processing system which has the same level security as major banks.  We neither collect nor manage your credit card#.  Payment is made from your choice of a debit or credit card. You will enter your card information one time into our online invoicing software, and then on the 1st of the month, your payment will be processed and then paid to the academy.  

BY CHECK: Made payable to Embassy Academy. In the memo line be sure to designate for your child. Example: “Tommy Jones - Tuition - August”

CASH: Is not kept on school property. If you prefer to make a cash payment, we will provide a deposit slip for our bank with the school’s name and tuition account# for you to make a payment at a Woodforest Bank branch which is convenient for you. Similar to the memo line on a check, you will write: MEMO: Tommy Jones - Tuition - August”. Take a photo of your deposit slip prior to handing to the bank clerk. Then after depositing into designated account, ask for a receipt of the deposit, take a photo of the deposit slip & text both photos to pastor Ray (2 photos for realtime clarity of who made a deposit & the purpose for said funds which were deposited into the academy Tuition account).
